Yawning Property Development started it's first project on June 7th, 2021, when Adam Chunn, the owner of Yawning Interests LLC, purchased a .57 acre tract of land in the Woodland Heights, at the corner of Studewood Street and E. 10 1/2 Street in Houston Texas. Adam wanted to build a three-story, class A commercial building on this site, with retail space and a drive thru on the bottom floor, and office space on the top two floors. Construction began on August 30th, 2022. The gallery below shows renditions of the building that were produced by Heights Venture Architects. The builder is CTC Contractors.
